Who is eligible for the $50 voucher?
The offer is for genuine Cronulla Skin Sanctuary clients sharing their own results from a treatment with us.
- One voucher per person, once only.
- Voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other promos.
- Valid for 30 days from issue unless otherwise stated.
What do I need to submit to qualify?
Choose one of the following:
- A 20–60 sec video saying which treatment you had, what you loved, and how it made you feel; or
- Before & after photos (same angle & lighting) showing your genuine results.
What will disqualify my submission?
To keep this fair, we can’t accept:
- Only “after” photos without a matching “before”.
- Edited/filtered images, heavy skin smoothing, AI or stock media.
- Clips shorter than 20 sec or longer than 60 sec.
- Content that isn’t from a Cronulla Skin Sanctuary treatment.
- Duplicate or repeated submissions for extra vouchers.
Do I need to show my face?
No. You can film the treated area only (or submit before & after photos). A quick voiceover or on-screen text about your experience is enough.
File types, size & how to submit?
We accept .mp4 / .mov (video) and .jpg / .png (photos), up to 200MB. Larger files? Paste a Drive/Dropbox link in your message.
What happens after I submit?
Please allow up to 24 hours (one business day) for the Cronulla team to review your video/photos against the guidelines. We’ll contact you via email/SMS to confirm if it passes. If approved, your $50 voucher will be issued. If anything needs fixing, we’ll let you know exactly what to update so you can resubmit.
When will I receive my $50 voucher?
Your voucher is emailed after a quick verification (usually within one business day). We may confirm your booking details to keep the offer fair.
Where will my video/photos be used?
With your consent, we may share your review on our website, social media and ads. You can withdraw consent anytime by contacting the clinic.
Is my information private and secure?
Yes. We only use your details to deliver your voucher and manage your submission. Files are handled securely and never sold to third parties.
Can the team help me record or submit?
Absolutely. Visit us in-clinic and we’ll help you record a quick clip and submit it for you in minutes.
